The "seller" in 2003 LISBON TRADE VESTUARIO UNIPESSOAL LDA, with trade name
SKORPI, has products for sale in www.skorpi.pt site, and the "e-commerce"
services are available exclusively to end users (consumers).
The SKORPI reserves the right not to process orders received are from users
who are not "Consumers" or those not in accordance with the terms of sale of
SKORPI seller.
The "consumer" shall provide the "Seller" an e-mail or postal or data to
another form of contact that are correct and complete and agree that the
"seller" can contact you using this data, if deemed necessary.
Availability
The satisfaction of all orders placed on the site are subject to
availability. The SKORPI tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on
the site are in stock. However, reserves the right not to accept any orders
or cancel orders already confirmed for products that have not already stock.
In these cases the skorpi inform the client and reimburse the amount paid.
Validity of promotion
The site offers are valid only for the time they are displayed, unless it is
communicated in the information site otherwise. The SKORPI is not tied to
any offer, if power errors or spelling mistakes, prices or other information
on the existing site. The SKORPI reserves the right to cancel any purchase
and sale held under such errors.
Responsibility
The SKORPI will only be liable for damages suffered by the client if such
damage results from violations attributable to contractual obligations
SKORPI to the customer, or if the responsibility of SKORPI result of the
applicable legal right.
